November is Men's Health Month

It's too late for the men to start growing some facial hair, but it's not to late for a health checkup. A short story:

Just over 20 years ago, The Benefit Guys lead broker asked for a simple PSA blood test when he was in for a checkup. It came back "suspect", and after further testing, John was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I was 49.

That was the start of four unrelated cancers over the next 12 years. I have been clean for the last 8 years and continue; with regular check ups. It's not too late, if your a woman and your man needs a boost. Boost away. If you are a man, have a check up, there are people out there who care about you.
