Who Are The Benefit Guys?

The Benefit Guys are a group of insurance specialists located in Cambridge, Ontario.  They specialize in setting up employee benefit plans for small and medium sized businesses.  It’s a complicated world today and everyone uses “specialists”.  As Independent Brokers, TBG offers benefit plan solutions which meet the client's needs in absolutely the best way possible.  Since TBG only deals with group insurance and related fields, they are aware of current offerings in the marketplace and the latest compliance requirements.

The lead principals are Isabell and John Kovats, CLU.  Both having spent over 25 years in the insurance business, they launched The Benefit Guys in 2008.  Their son Jordan helped them launch the business and helps along side.  He is a B.Sc. graduate of the U of G and has a parallel career at the University.  As a single dad with two teenagers, he is quite busy and assists Isabell and John, as necessary.
