Plan Administrator Liability Coverage - Be Sure

This month we will be brief on a very important topic. Call or email your commercial insurance Broker and confirm your plan has Benefits Plan Administrator Liability coverage. In some cases your broker may have included it, many don't. There is usually no charge to have this added to your plan. Even if your company does not yet have a benefit plan, we recommend you add it.

Issues that occur, such as late enrollments, incorrect information given to insurers or employees, incorrect termination of benefits etc, can create liability issues for employers and subsequent financial challenges.
